Topical Formulation

Topical semi-solids typically fall into two categories: drugs that act locally and drugs that provide systemic effects after absorption into the bloodstream through the skin.

We are dedicated to improving topical drugs by optimizing the dosage forms and routes of administration of marketed drugs with known active ingredients to better meet clinical needs. Due to the complex structure of topical dosage forms, the DPs' physical properties are influenced by various factors, such as particle size, interfacial tension, partition coefficients, and rheological properties.
